Dustless Sanding
We use professional drum and orbital sanders connected to a HEPA-filter dustless collection system. Old finish, scratches, and stains are removed down to bare wood — with minimal dust in your home.
Staining (Optional)
Want to change the color? We apply your chosen stain after sanding. We bring sample boards to your home so you can see the color in your actual lighting before we commit.
Finish Application
We apply 2–3 coats of polyurethane in your chosen sheen — matte, satin, semi-gloss, or gloss. Oil-based for a warmer tone and durability. Water-based for a clear, fast-drying, low-odor result.
